TF Seat Covers are built to protect vehicle interiors from daily wear, spills, scratches, and routine use. Warranty coverage is intended to support customers when a product has a qualifying manufacturing issue.
What May Be Covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Stitching defects that appear under normal use.
- Hardware, straps, or fastening issues caused by manufacturing error.
- Product defects reported with order details and clear supporting photos.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification.
- Normal wear and tear from long-term use.
- Damage caused by pets, sharp tools, chemicals, extreme heat, or accidents.
- Color fading, cosmetic marks, or surface wear caused by cleaning products or environmental exposure.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or without valid order information.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
Please contact our support team with your order number, vehicle information, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos showing the problem. Our team will review the claim and provide the next steps.
Client input needed: Confirm the exact warranty length. If the client offers a 3-year warranty, keep it. If not, replace this policy with the real warranty term.
